By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. *** #### 1. Use of the App You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the App or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods. The App provides real-time voice translation services by recording microphone input, converting speech to text, translating the text, and converting the result back to speech. We do not collect or store any personal information. *** #### 2. Subscriptions & Payments Some features of the App may be available via auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription: * You agree that the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. * Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. * You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings. * Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Subscription pricing, duration, and features are clearly listed within the App before purchase and may vary by region and currency. *** #### 3. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. *** #### 4. Third-Party Services The App integrates third-party services for speech recognition, translation, and text-to-speech functionality (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI). Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. *** #### 7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. *** #### 8. Apple App Store Terms You acknowledge that: * This agreement is solely between you and us, not Apple. * Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. * Apple is not required to provide any maintenance or support services. * Apple is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App. * Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. *** #### 9.
